The Eastern Shore EMS held its first annual EMS Picnic at Cherrystone Campground, Cheriton on September 9, 2006.

Over 60 EMS providers and their families attended the day long event enjoying the campground atmosphere, paddle boats, putt-putt golf, swimming, arts & crafts, horseshoes, softball and many other outdoor activities.

Cherrystone Campground also hosted some EMS providers and their families by offering a “buy one night and get a second night free.”  Several families enjoyed the weekend get away.

The picnic lunch was sponsored by Shore Memorial Hospital.

Good food, great weather and company made for a fun time by all.
