Eastern Shore Critical Incident Stress Management Team

Team services are confidential and free to the emergency services community.  The team provides stress defusings, debriefings, one-on-one sessions, demobilizations, family support and educational programs.  Any emergency worker on the Eastern Shore can call for the CISM team.  Any team member may be contacted to discuss the situations and determine if and which type of CISM response is needed.
